Payment Options

We can accept payment online by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB). Your materials will be available immediately after purchase.

If you would like to pay by check or bank transfer, please contact us and we will be glad to make these arrangements with you.

Refund Policy

• Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process.
• In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a 6 weeks period from the payment date, period needed for your bank process settlement to complete.
• Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order. Delphi may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

If the refund request is granted by Delphi, payments are refunded as follows:

1. Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
2. Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the tax amount will be deducted by us.
3. Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
